During my recent business trip, I had a great experience at a hotel in Patel Nagar. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep after a long day of work.
There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. The room was a bit small and the bathroom had no shower curtain, which made the floor quite wet after showering.

Our stay was underwhelming. The location was inconvenient and with no signage, difficult to find. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The unfriendly service was coupled with dirty rooms and bathrooms that lacked basic toiletries. Hot water was unreliable and got luke warm at best. Breakfast arrived late or was forgotten entirely. Despite the poor service, the food was average. We were not impressed with our stay and would not recommend it to others.
The unprofessional staff made our stay uncomfortable.
